Now I get it. Maybe.
Sometimes people wonder how our ancestors could be so clueless and unnecessarily cruel, towards, for instance, African-Americans or Jews.
Yep. Or didn't want to admit the fact. Or were blinded by faulty ideology. Or some other out-growth of human sinfulness.
